Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping of 15$ for any order shipped within Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada.

Delivery standard:
In most situations, orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. For out of stock items or special order this may vary.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We keep the right to refuse any item that doesn't meet these criteria.

Please be advise that you are responsible for the shipping fees.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all return. No fees apply to an exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Return to sender

If your order is return to us by the carrier for any reason (wrong address, did not picked up in time, etc.) , it will be considered as a return and will be subject to the restocking fee. Please contact us if you want to arrange another shipment. You will be responsible for all the shipping fees.

There are certain situations where no refund or exchange are granted:

Any item returned without our authorization.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any sale of clearance item.

Any sales of ballistic armor products. 

Any sales of night vision.

Any sale of CBRN equipment.

Any special order.

Return to sender

If your order is return to us, it will be considered as a return and will be subject to the restocking fee.
