This panel is designed to hold 2 combo chem light packs (ie red and green chems taped together) for special SOP procedures. Both mini and full size chem lights will fit. Back is sewn hook for a quick, secure mount to kit, backpack, helmet or sleeve for quick deployment. Double loop stitching for years of use.
