DISCO32 - named after a Long Range Surveillance (LRS) team - started the way most real companies do: solving a problem nobody else would. In 2017 a 17-year Army veteran started building radio accessories out of necessity, selling them on Facebook Marketplace. No investors. No corporate backing. Just a soldier who knew what communicators actually needed and got tired of waiting for someone else to build it.

We specialize in interoperability: making headsets, radios, and accessories work seamlessly across platforms including Motorola, Harris, Kenwood, Baofeng, and other leading manufacturers.
